As a testament to the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, RSM US announced Richard Caturano, partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as its national leader of culture, diversity and inclusion, in June 2013.
Caturano oversees the firm’s strategic culture, diversity and inclusion initiatives. In his AICPA role, Caturano has been a tireless advocate of diversity and inclusion-related programs and activities for the accounting profession as a whole.

Connect through RSM Employee Network Groups (ENGs)
In today’s global business environment, diversity and inclusion are essential to RSM’s productivity, creativity and competitive advantage. Our employee network groups (ENGs) provide opportunities for volunteerism, professional development, mentorship and networking with all levels across the firm.
